Rhythm beads are not just a colourful horse necklace but a valuable training aid.

Native Americans have long decorated their horses with beads, shells and tin cones calling the Rhythm Beads "Good Horse Medicine"

The sound of the bells helps to eliminate outside distractions, calming horse and rider and providing a rhythm for the horse to adjust to a consistent gait.

Rhythm Beads are made to One size and are adjustable to any size horse. Approx. length of each strand is 60"

Health and Safety

When fitting the beads should fit comfortably around the horses neck making sure that any tack such as a breastplate is cleared. They should not hang down onto the horses chest but sit on the drive line

Personal Note

All my rhythm beads are made with acrylic and occasionally wooden beads for health and safety reason.
I have seen other sites supply rhythm beads using glass crow beads or gemstone chips, both of which are potentially dangerous to the horse and rider as they can fracture when knocked producing sharp serrated edges.
My rhythm beads are also attached with clips which can be easily unclipped in an emergency. They are not tied into a knot which is another potential hazard.

Please note the shipping costs quoted are for standard Airmail without insurance. Missing parcel claims can not be made on uninsured parcels. I would advise all International customers to pay for extra insurance with tracking in the event of losses.
